Wright and Senior Executive Vice President Michael D. Leadership

AMG National Trust Bank is led by a strong Board of Directors.

Sheryl L. Bollinger

Sheryl L. Bollinger is CEO, President and General Counsel, as well as a board member, of AMG National Trust Bank. Prior to joining AMG in 1996, she specialized in securities, contract and corporate law in Denver with Holland & Hart, one of the largest law firms in the Mountain West. Before practicing law, Ms. Bollinger was a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Portland, Oregon, and was treasurer and corporate secretary of Medford Corporation, an Oregon-based international forest products company.

Ms. Bollinger received her JD from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana. She is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver County Bar Associations. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Mile High Chapter of the American Red Cross and is a current member of the Junior Achievement Board of Directors.
