AMG and the University of Colorado’s Center for Women’s Health Research recently partnered to host a virtual learning event about the important role sleep plays in your health. Dr. Josiane Broussard presented her research team’s findings about how not getting enough sleep, or sleeping and eating at the wrong time of day, can cause disruptions to the body’s natural sleep rhythms and impair metabolic tissues such as muscle and fat tissue.
