Financial Analyst

Positions available in Englewood, CO and Chicago, IL

In this position, you will work closely with our high net worth clients to understand their financial situations.  This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing net worth, income tax, estate tax, insurance planning, and monitoring and implementing investment strategies.  To do this, you will gather data from clients, use internal models to prepare and analyze strategies, and review analysis output for accuracy.  You will also prepare materials for financial advisor meetings.

You will maintain strong analytical skills in financial, numerical, economic and other areas of financial planning and accurately assess what is important for each client, prepare written and oral reports concerning each client’s financial situation, and develop new ideas for clients’ strategies.  You will assist financial advisors in determining appropriate course of action regarding investments, taxes, insurance, estate planning, employee benefits and retirement planning and send follow up letters to clients and respond to client calls. 

You will ensure investment strategies are implemented and possess awareness of client account transactions, and complete forms, applications, wire transfers and investment trade requests.  You may attend meetings with financial advisors and will efficiently use proprietary computer programs and models.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Finance/Economics or related degree and two years experience in a financial services environment.  Candidate must be highly proficient using MS Excel.  Experience with asset allocation, taxes, estate-planning investments, and other key wealth management issues desired.  Candidate should also possess the following:
